Terms of Service
These Terms govern the use of chauffeur and transfer services provided by stryvoid.com. By booking, you agree to these Terms.
1. Booking & Payment
Book via website or phone. Contract formed upon confirmation. Payment due as specified; we accept cards and bank transfers. Prices include applicable taxes.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancel free up to 24h before pickup. Later cancellations may incur full fare. Refunds processed within 5 business days to original payment method.
3. Liability
We are liable for direct damages from gross negligence or willful misconduct, limited to the service amount paid. Not liable for delays beyond our control.
4. Your Rights & Dispute Resolution
Consumer rights under Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 1023-XII, Art. 15. For disputes, contact contact@stryvoid.com. Unresolved disputes may be referred to Ukrainian consumer protection authorities or courts. We inform you about dispute resolution per Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII, Art. 7.
5. Data & Cookies
We process personal data under Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 3860-IX. Cookies require your prior informed consent except strictly necessary technical storage, per Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Communications' No. 1089-IX, Art. 121.
